Reverse kegels

Sorry about posting this, I’m sure you read it about 32832193821938219^2 times, but I just can’t find it in the search or any other forum.

Kegel is to do what you do to stop the flow when peeing, not using your hands.
So how can you do a reverse kegel? Does it mean to try peeing by force (which can be quite risky ;) )
Please help.

Search again using the “advanced search’ option. Use “reverse kegel” as the search term, “westla90069” in the “search by user name” box, and search for posts, not threads (at the bottom of the window). You should get 16 posts I’ve made on the subject that explain what it is.
