Road To Gaining An Inch Of Both
Newbie to this site, but not to PE. I used to clamp(barely), stretch(daily) and rarely jelq. That was two years ago at 6.5x5 (16yo) and now at 7x5.5 (18yo) not happy with my size, I thought to myself.. I better start taking PE serious. The last three days I’ve been so motivated, Clamping(30min+), Jelqing(100str) and stretching. This morning I clamped & jelqed at the same time, I feel that’s the BEST way for me because when I jelq without clamping at the same time not as much blood will flow through the penis. I’m suprised I can handle it because when I used to clamp, it would be too much pressure for me and now its my favorite exercise. Anyways, I’m trying to gain an inch of length and girth. I know there’s people on here who know a lot, so I would like their input on how I can gain an inch of both, how long will it take, what other exercises I should throw in my workout, tricks of the trade, Help!
