Road To Gaining An Inch Of Both

Newbie to this site, but not to PE. I used to clamp(barely), stretch(daily) and rarely jelq. That was two years ago at 6.5x5 (16yo) and now at 7x5.5 (18yo) not happy with my size, I thought to myself.. I better start taking PE serious. The last three days I’ve been so motivated, Clamping(30min+), Jelqing(100str) and stretching. This morning I clamped & jelqed at the same time, I feel that’s the BEST way for me because when I jelq without clamping at the same time not as much blood will flow through the penis. I’m suprised I can handle it because when I used to clamp, it would be too much pressure for me and now its my favorite exercise. Anyways, I’m trying to gain an inch of length and girth. I know there’s people on here who know a lot, so I would like their input on how I can gain an inch of both, how long will it take, what other exercises I should throw in my workout, tricks of the trade, Help!

Well…right now, you’re pushing way too hard.

Thing is, if you do gain with this routine you’ll have no place to take it. No ramp up you can safely do without risking serious injury. Your routine is already pretty intense. I wouldn’t recommend adding anything to it, to be honest. You’re at a very hard place to give tips because you use such an intense method that many of us simply do not so it’s hard to give you advice.

How are your Physiologic Indicators?
What are your planned rest days?

Right now, with you just starting back, you have an opportunity to change your routine to whatever you like. Staying in high gear is just not my recommendation for just starting back.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I honestly feel like that’s the only way to work on girth for me, when I warm up & start to jelq I don’t get much blood supply. Almost at a flaccid state, but when I clamp its magical I get so much blood in there and then I start to jelq and I feel all that blood rush to my tip. It doesn’t hurt at all (it used to a while ago) but now I can clamp for 40 mins. Anytime I do the beginner routines, I stay flaccid and I believe blood flow is very important.

I understand how you feel. The problem is…what you’re doing is excessive. And while it works for you, none of us here (with one or two exceptions) run a clamp and jelq routine as hard as you are right now. You say you clamp for 40 minutes. Do you do it all at one time or break it up?

Even if you break that up into 3 sets that is more clamping than anyone here does per day. So…how can we give you advice? You’re operating well outside of what most of us normally do.

It’s not that what you’re doing does not work for you. I believe what you’re doing does work. It is just hard for any of us to try and tweak what you’re doing with what we do because you work so much harder than we generally believe is normal or needed.

I’ve gotta say, if you’re not happy at 7x5.5 and you’re taking risks with aggressive routines to try to correct this perceived shortcoming, then you might need to stop and have a good long think about what you’re doing.

That is a good size, and sure bigger would be better but do it slow, steady and safely. Imagine if you injured yourself and lost size, I bet you’d then be wishing all day every day that you’d just been content at 7x5.5.

I don’t mind turning it down a notch, I also just read that you’re not supposed to be erect while jelqing :/.
