Rocking hanger?

When I’m doing hanging, I often like to rock the weights (over whatever I’ve got them hanging on, whether I’m doing SO, BTC, etc) and this creates a gentle motion that adds an additional 5mm pull every second or so. Is there anyone else who does this and anybody who’s done a writeup on it?


Start: BPEL - 6.1"; MSEG - 4.4"

Now: BPEL - 6.2"; MSEG - 4.4"

Goal 1: BPEL - 7.0"; MSEG - 5.0"
