Routine advice please
Hi Ya’ll,
I’ve been jelqing and stretching since about June now and I have gained half an inch roughly, but I never really had a routine, I’d just jelq for 10 mins or so then do some quick stretches.. So my question is if I want to gain as much size as possible and in a short time could someone please link me to the best routine for it or give me one, I’m looking for a 20-30 minute routine and aimed at both lenghth and girth, I’ve also just bought the clamp so I can also clamp now.
I’d like to have a good routine and stick to it, Thanks in advance.
