My New Routine. Need Advice Please Masters

Hey I’m pretty new to PE. I’ve been doing PE since a month ago but without any strict routine, trying stuff. I just got a tiny bit of a raise in length two days ago. I am now doing this “routine” and need any advice possible also is it risky?

I do 10+ minute warmup.
Followed by some edging. I try to go up to 20 mins and after immidiately go to the shower and do around 100 jelqs(One hand = One jelq) even if I ejaculate.
Followed by light stretching in the shower and warm down after shower. I like to warm my dick.
I do this 2/3 times a day. Depending on how I feel. I feel like it is a bit too much for me. I’ve been doing PE for only a month. Saw minimal gains yet about 2 millimeters.

I also edge 2/3 times a day, do my jelqings respectivly then. I usually do my PE after edging because I don’t have any libido during jelqing. Can’t really stay more than 20% hard. I do this 2/3 days in a row with 1/2 days off.

Three PE sessions per day without proper rest and prior conditioning is overkill.

Be consistent at Newbie Routine to see what happens.

Stick with what you started with. If you gained length, it was working. Don’t accelerate your program thinking if one thing works, increasing the intensity of that one thing and adding a new thing will give you more even faster. Slow down.

What should I add or cancel? Or should I just change a little something?

I’m planning on doing 2days on 1day off.

What are your thoughts on edging before PE? Personnally I really like edging. When I do it I try to grab the base of my dick and push it downwards close to the PONR giving my penis nice expansions. I tend to not really masturbate my glans because edging for a while can make your glans look smaller due to fatigue I guess.. But anyways your thoughts on Edging prior to jelqing. Thanks I’m french by the way sorry if I’m hard to understand maybe.

Your english is fine, we can understand you perfectly.

I believe edging before jelqs you could end up facing unwanted erections, not sure how edging impacts on you.

I would recommend to edge after your sessions.

That looks ok. Go for it. One session a day not 2 or 3 of these right?
