Routine advice

I’m a rookie, started at the beginning of November this year.
I’ve been reading through a lot of material, trying to come up with a routine that matches my goals and time constraints, and I think I’ve reached the point where I need to ask specific questions.
I’m going to do an alternating routine where I alternate my workout every 4 -6 weeks, each week building slightly in intensity.
I’m comfortable with Jelqing (with or without the tongs), hand stretches, bathmate, and clamping (though not for another month).
I don’t think I’ll try hanging for a while.

Currently, on a schedule of 2 days on 1 off, I am:
Using heat for 10 min,
Jelqing for 10 min,
5 min heat,
Basic stretching for 5 min,
3 min heat,
Jelqing for 10 min,
Basic stretching for 5 min,
10 min heat,
Edging.

This is the first week routine; the following week I plan to add the bathmate in there somewhere, possibly as a substitute for the final 10 min of heat.

Please provide critique/advice.

The routine looks reasonable to me. I’d add daily kegels to the mix, 50 5 second holds.

And I’d hold off for at least a couple of months on the Bathmate. Give your routine a fair chance before incorporating devices.

Your routine looks pretty solid, I appreciate the amount of heat you use so often, I believe it may help out very much. I as well just started this month, so good luck to future gains my man, looks like we are also similar in starting size. I will follow this post, iam curious how well you do especially with the added heat time in there. I do suggest keeping an eye out for PI’s, considering 20 min jelqing May or may not be a lot for dick at first, only it can tell you. Also, like previously mentioned add kegels to your routine. I do my official kegel workout (200-300 a day) on my off days of PE since I do a respectable amount of them while I PE as well. Kegels will simply be the morning cup of coffee to your routine if you will. Will increase the odds of everything and help you perform your workout as well as in the bed much better. Keep us posted brother! Oh and definitely hold off on the Bathmate for now, start slow, take advantage of the newbie gains that come, and when you finally do start using your Bathmate, you will get more out of it after already have gained some!

Thanks for the advice so far guys. I definitely need to read up on kegels so I can do them properly.

I forgot to add earlier that I will try to refrain from measuring until I switch routines every 4-6 weeks.

I think that’ll give me a good measuring stick of what’s effective (pun intended).
