Routine advice
I’m a rookie, started at the beginning of November this year.
I’ve been reading through a lot of material, trying to come up with a routine that matches my goals and time constraints, and I think I’ve reached the point where I need to ask specific questions.
I’m going to do an alternating routine where I alternate my workout every 4 -6 weeks, each week building slightly in intensity.
I’m comfortable with Jelqing (with or without the tongs), hand stretches, bathmate, and clamping (though not for another month).
I don’t think I’ll try hanging for a while.
Currently, on a schedule of 2 days on 1 off, I am:
Using heat for 10 min,
Jelqing for 10 min,
5 min heat,
Basic stretching for 5 min,
3 min heat,
Jelqing for 10 min,
Basic stretching for 5 min,
10 min heat,
Edging.
This is the first week routine; the following week I plan to add the bathmate in there somewhere, possibly as a substitute for the final 10 min of heat.
Please provide critique/advice.
