Routine feedback please
Hello all. I don’t post much, because I don’t often have anything to say, but I figured this would be an easy question. I’m a long-time PE’er, but I have recently upped the intensity a bit to kick off new gains. I’m older and have always been a hard gainer.
Current routine is this:
Morning
— 150 wet jelqs in the hot shower
— 15 to 30 minutes manual stretching, emphasis on V-stretches Preheated before.
— some time in the pump, because I like the plumping. I use heat here as well.
Evening
— Same as morning if possible.
Frequency
— Every day if possible, but I usually miss one day during the week just due to life. That day is randomized
That’s it. Simple with no fancy additions.
Girth is very good, but more is not a bad thing. My primary goal is more length. I’m 7 on my good days, and I want to reach 8 very much. I also have plenty of support. My wife is a bit of a size queen, so her opinion is that I can get as big as I want. The only thing she won’t go for is weights, just because of the higher likelihood of me injuring myself.
Any feedback on adjustments for better length progress? Logic would say more stretching, but I figured I’d ask the PE brain trust rather than guess.
