Hey guys, this is my first post so bear with me here.

I need feedback, I’m in my second consistent week of PE and got a modified version of the newbie routine.
So due to privacy and clean up reasons I jelq before warming up (I warm up in the shower). I do the jelqs for about 20-30 minutes and sometimes I can’t help myself and accidentally ejaculate because I like to do minimal edging while jelqing to maintain a high 70% erection. I’ve read a multitude of contradictory things on cumming right after jelqing so maybe someone could clear that up.
Anyways, after jelqs I hit the shower for a warm down off the jelqs and a warm up for the stretches. I do 3 30 second stretches (left right up BTC) then 3 v stretches for 30 seconds. I plan to amp it up as the weeks continue and add pumping within the next two weeks. All feedback/pointers are welcome and appreciated

Have you experimented with not ejaculating during the jelqing session? One item of observation you would want to make between ejaculation and non ejaculation is the quality of the flaccid state after the two routines.

We are always looking to achieve and maintain the loosest and heaviest hang while flaccid, avoiding tug-back (shrinkage, turtling, etc..)

The challenge presented with ejaculating during or after routines is this causes a greater tug back response.

We want the flaccid state to be as elongated as possible to promote healing with the greatest space maintained between the “microtears” that have formed. This is one idea anyways.

Personally I have sex daily and sometimes will ejaculate more than once a day. So I’m never going to be a PE’r who does not ejaculate for days or even weeks at a time. I am also a slow gainer, however, I also personally feel I hang low most of the time even with regular ejaculation. My wife often will comment that I am a shower.

So I think you will really need to be the judge of how ejaculation impacts your flaccid state.

In addition, others will rightfully challenge what I have presented here or add to, so you will benefit from all of our experiences and make personal decisions from there.

Thank you so much for the insight and speedy reply! I’ll have to lose more weight (40 pounds down since September) to really gauge my hang because right now I still have a pretty sizeable fat pad that covers a good amount of my flaccid no matter if I ejaculate after my routine or not (I.e: 3.75 inches NBPFL compared to 5 inches BPFSL). I was more or less worried about my permanent gains but you basically answered my question. :)

You should know many people are very much against ejaculation.

My lifestyle does not allow for that option.
