Routine feedback
Hey guys, this is my first post so bear with me here.
I need feedback, I’m in my second consistent week of PE and got a modified version of the newbie routine.
So due to privacy and clean up reasons I jelq before warming up (I warm up in the shower). I do the jelqs for about 20-30 minutes and sometimes I can’t help myself and accidentally ejaculate because I like to do minimal edging while jelqing to maintain a high 70% erection. I’ve read a multitude of contradictory things on cumming right after jelqing so maybe someone could clear that up.
Anyways, after jelqs I hit the shower for a warm down off the jelqs and a warm up for the stretches. I do 3 30 second stretches (left right up BTC) then 3 v stretches for 30 seconds. I plan to amp it up as the weeks continue and add pumping within the next two weeks. All feedback/pointers are welcome and appreciated
