Routine for an absolute beginner

Hello everybody,

Some of you have read my previous post where I actually talked about my current situation and lack of time to do a real training routine. One of you has mentioned some ‘light stuff’ in the shower, simple exercises with low volume that would help me maximize what I already have. That seems like a good idea to me and I’ve been thinking about it ever since. I feel like my erections could be better than they are now. I get hard very easily, but I can’t really maintain it. My dick used to be insanely hard, but that’s changed now. Also, when I cum it doesn’t shoot all over the place - maybe a little, but it usually just pours out. I’m not sure, but I think a weak BC muscle could be the cause. I’ve no idea, you tell me..

Does that seem like a good idea to you? Is there any veteran here who could recommend me some ‘light’ routine that I could do 2-3 times a week just to improve my erections or at least help me figure out how to design my own routine.

Any tips would be appreciated.
