Routine needs tweeking 2 months in

I’ve been on the newbie routine for about 2 months, not much in gains. The only thing I’ve noticed is a larger flaccid length, guess its a start. I do a 5 to 10 minute warm up with kegals. Then a 5 minute stretch. Then 10-15 minutes of jelqing. Then warm down. I also get horned out by the end of it, so I end up masterbating. I am not sure if masterbating at the end will effect my routine, but I will try not to. This is done 5 times a week, with random breaks in between depending on my schedule. But I have been religiously doing it atleast 4 nights of the week. Are there any suggestions for tweeking my routine? I’m sitting at 5.5 erect length and about 4.5 girth, any feedback will helpp, we all want the bigger package ;)

Yeah easy, start doing your wet jelqs a little slower…. 3-4sec each. And don’t worry about ejaculating after your routine, you’ll have more energy throughout the day if you hold out but it’s not that important.

Keep in mind that newbie routines are more about easing into PE by conditioning your penis to these kinds of exercises than they are about getting gains. Some guys do get pretty good gains at the beginning; others don’t. Just try to have patience, and lots of it. PE is a practice for the long haul. On another forum a few years ago, a poster put up his success story, a story about how he got nearly 2-1/4 inches. Those inches accrued over nearly 26 months of dedicated PE, but with a fairly modest routine. That equates to just a bit more than 1/16th inch per month average. For all intents and purposes, 1/16th inch is not measurable with any confidence due to all sorts of obvious reasons. Yet, those immeasurable increments stacked up to something so far beyond sloppy measuring errors, or just improved EQ, stuff like that. That’s how success stories, and bigger dicks, are built—one invisible increment after another.

Stick with a modest newbie routine for a good three months, then evaluate. But do know that there are instances in which gains remain elusive for months on a particular routine, then just start to show up in following months (without routine modification). It happens. Maybe six months is a better time window to evaluate a routine’s effectiveness. You will have to make that choice for yourself.

Thanks guys. I am gonna go slow. I’m only 22 and I’ve been feeling the effects of bad eq. Lately, my eq has seemed to have improved alot. Its been since highschool that I’ve finally started to get night wood again. I know for my age this is horrible. I think my daily kegals are helping out alot, I’m hoping by June I will atleast put on half an inch in length and a bit of girth. I will probably start claming in june also. I have an extender I bought before I came across this forum. Tried it a couple of times and didnt like it at all, dick became cold, felt like it was doing more bad then good for me.

As for my current routine, I just want to know what everyone thinks about it. So far I think I’m pretty slow its been 2 months, I started off even less before. I am gradually picking up so I don’t fuck my unit up. Lol. Thanks fort the reply guys.

Sorry guys I’ve been swamped with midterms n work lately. Still doing my pe’s tho. Any suggestions would be great. GreenOnion that sounds like a great idea, if you wanna set it up lol. I’m usually busy now with life, but I’m on thunders atleast 4 times a week, gives me motivation I guess.
