Hello guys, once again I need advice.

I am kinda short of time and I don’t think I can do my whole routine in one go anymore.
I am almost three months in PE right now and my routine usually take around 60 minutes, it looks like this.

10min warm up
24min stretching
60 jelqs
8min stretching
60 jelqs
1min firegoat roll

I want to ask how bad is the idea of splitting this routine into two smaller that I can still perform during the day and not be noticed.
And If so, how should I split it?

If you have limited time you should concentrate on stretching. In my opinion yelking is good to get your unit in condition for PE but I doubt it will give you much gain in length or girth now after three month.

I forgot to add that I want mostly length rather than girth.

I was thinking about 15min stretching followed by 50 jelqs in the shower at morning and evening.
That would be 30min stretching and 100 jelqs every workout day.

That should be more than enough. And if you cant do both workouts some days, one is quite enogh👍
