Routine Suggestions For Hard Gainer

Hi all,

Grayson here. This is my first post so thank you guys for putting such a lovely forum together. Secondly, I thought I’d ask for some advice.

I’ve dabbled a bit in PE before, having tried Hydromax Pump, those Rod Extenders (Size Genetics as an example) and manual Jelq routines. Overall over the course of 9 months or so, I may have added a tenth of an inch. I seem to fluctuate between 6.6” and 6.7” BPEL, and consistently his 5.25” in girth.

I was thinking about adding the Phallosan. My biggest problem with the Size Genetics was how uncomfortable it was after a few months. I’m hoping this will help. Also I saw you guys had a good newbie routine. Can anyone point me at additional articles or share any experiences for a “hard gainer” with a sensitive member? Thanks in advance!

Hi there.

My recommendation is to stick with the newbie routine until you fully understand the limits you can push yourself to. If you do have a sensitive penis, devices are most likely to high pressure for you. That is until you are conditioned enough for them. I hope this helps.
