Anyone have a tip for the vac extender to gain length
My routine
10 min warm up
1h vac extender
30 min jelq
1h vac extender
Gained 0.5 cm in length and 1 cm in circumference at 3 months
Have ease to win girth so I want to focus on length
If you have only 1 hour at your disposal, an extender is not the way to go - stay on manual stretching or hanging. Extenders have to be worn at least 2-3 hours daily.
