Routine Trouble
I have been trying to find a time slot to fit my routine in, but it’s very difficult. I’m in college with a roommate, and I play baseball, so I am strapped for time and almost have to do it in the shower. Can these exercises be done separately? I want to follow the newbie routine, and I have time to do the stretches in the shower, and I could prob squeeze Jelqs in the shower at night, and PCs can be done anywhere, but is this safe. Thanks!
