What about my former girth routine?
Hey guys!
I`m receiving my pump tomorrow I hope and I`m very eager to start pumping following the schedule in Avocet8`s “Pumping 101” thread. However, I`ve made some gains lately with my 25 minutes jelq/8 minutes Girthbusters routine and I really don`t want to loose them. Should I stop doing my girth routine the day I start my pumping routine or should I gradually taper it off until the pumping routine gets more intense?
