Looks alright to me. You might want to add Fowfers to your routine. Just keep at it slow and steady. You are changing something that you have had for years and it needs to be a gradual change. Nothing worth doing happens overnight, well, maybe a few things, but not this. Remember one thing about Jelging, in my opinion, the quality of the jelg is so much more important than the length of time or how many you do. I don’t monitor my jelgs in the amount of time, but rather in the amount that I do. I know that privacy and time are strong issues on when most of us do this, but I would rather do 20 jelgs right than ten minutes of doing them wrong. Not that you are, but this is just my opinion. Three to five second strokes evenly, same pressure all the way down the shaft.
One more thing. Do not get discouraged if you don’t see immediate gains. There is no doubt that this PE stuff works, just look at some of the examples here at Thunders.
