Hey this is my routine, tell me what ya think based on my goals.
3-5 min warm wrap
15 min man stretching 3 min each angle: Down, V stretch, Down left, Down right, Down.
10 min wet jelq.
3-5 min warm wrap
Hot shower and 10 10 sec kegels
3 on 1 off

My lot is above 930 and I am currently at 6.25 BPEL and 5 EL.

Any advice from you guys, I am going to measure on the 14th of oct.

Hey don’t be so impatient. You’re looking good, seeing as you haven’t even been PEing for a month so you should continue that for atleast another 2 months. It’s just a simple newbie routine, I don’t see anything special about it…

edit: kegel ALOT more, for example anytime you can. While you’re at the computer, while you’re driving to work, while you take a shower and so on.


2005 - BPEL 6.0"x MSEG 4.5" (BEG 4.75"/HEG 4.625")

2010 - BPEL 8.0"x MSEG 5.75" (BEG 6.5"/HEG 5.875")

Goal - BPEL 9.0"x MSEG 6.5" (BEG 6.5"/HEG 6.75")

Looks alright to me. You might want to add Fowfers to your routine. Just keep at it slow and steady. You are changing something that you have had for years and it needs to be a gradual change. Nothing worth doing happens overnight, well, maybe a few things, but not this. Remember one thing about Jelging, in my opinion, the quality of the jelg is so much more important than the length of time or how many you do. I don’t monitor my jelgs in the amount of time, but rather in the amount that I do. I know that privacy and time are strong issues on when most of us do this, but I would rather do 20 jelgs right than ten minutes of doing them wrong. Not that you are, but this is just my opinion. Three to five second strokes evenly, same pressure all the way down the shaft.

One more thing. Do not get discouraged if you don’t see immediate gains. There is no doubt that this PE stuff works, just look at some of the examples here at Thunders.

Thanks, I try to do fowfers, but the only way I can is when I am on a couch. It really makes my glands look weird when I do them on a chair. Thanks about the jelq advice, I got that from reading alot when wating for registration to open.

Not sure I know about doing fowfers in a chair or on a couch. I do the fowfers when I sleep at night. Just tuck, roll over and go to sleep. If you pop a wood during the night, it will just come on out. I awake sometimes and just tuck it back in if it came out. Really gives me a good plump in the morning.

I really want to try that but it kinda freaks me out. You haven’t had any weird things happen to you?
