Hi Everyone

I understand that stretching exercises and jelqing are necessary in a PE routine. I was wondering if you could separate the stretching and jelqing into two separate routines to shorten the time it takes. Say, stretching sometime during the day and then jelqing in the evening (including hot wraps). I have a wife and 4 children, plus I work full time, and find it hard to find the time to complete a full routine at once.

Many vets and people who have made big gains believe you can still make good gains by doing a routine like you’re talking about. The forum user RB comes to mind, maybe search for some of his posts here at TP. My advice since I assume you are just beginning is to do the newbie routine for the next couple months and condition and learn how your dick reacts day by day and get comfortable with this. Take it slow and easy you don’t want to make the mistake of doing too much too fast which will cause you too overtrain your dick (you will know when this happens because you might lose your hard erections for a day or two or there may be other negative signs, but the good news is this can all be healed with just a few days of rest most of the time, beleive me I’ve have a lot of time and have overtrained many times and recovered many times as well). Just split the manual stretching part in the morning and the jelqing at night or do the oppistie. Just be consistent and paitent and you should see fairly quick gains. Usually the flaccid gains are the first thing anyone starts to notice when starting PE. OK…

Thanks for the advice LM. Yes I am a Newbie and am glad to hear that a routine can be broken into 2 parts. I will search for posts by RB.

Splitting up your routine is an option but not the best choice on the long run. Gains are lower when you split it up. This will mean that you will need to invest more time into PE to reach your goals.

I agree with Bird. Gains are easier because one exercise acts as a catalyst for the growth in other(s) and vice versa. My advice would be similar to LoveMachine if you are short on time: spend less time PEing at the onset. Nonetheless it is advised to both stretch and jelq in this short session. It is in my opinion wise to have two (or more, if you feel it is necessary) short in duration but full routines a day as opposed separating the components of the routine.

All the advice I can give you on this matter however is purely guess-work, if you feel inclined to experiment don’t let anyone here hold you back unless they stress danger of injury in your enterprise.

Thanks guys. All advice is appreciated. I didn’t realize the stretching was that important in a routine. I figured that jelqing would be the main reason I would gain size and that I could stretch anytime without it being part of a “routine.”
