Many vets and people who have made big gains believe you can still make good gains by doing a routine like you’re talking about. The forum user RB comes to mind, maybe search for some of his posts here at TP. My advice since I assume you are just beginning is to do the newbie routine for the next couple months and condition and learn how your dick reacts day by day and get comfortable with this. Take it slow and easy you don’t want to make the mistake of doing too much too fast which will cause you too overtrain your dick (you will know when this happens because you might lose your hard erections for a day or two or there may be other negative signs, but the good news is this can all be healed with just a few days of rest most of the time, beleive me I’ve have a lot of time and have overtrained many times and recovered many times as well). Just split the manual stretching part in the morning and the jelqing at night or do the oppistie. Just be consistent and paitent and you should see fairly quick gains. Usually the flaccid gains are the first thing anyone starts to notice when starting PE. OK…
