Routine
I jelq for about 20 minutes and I have no discoloration or pain. I was doing more, but I cut back because of base pain. Now I don’t really feel like I am getting the workout I want. I am thinking about increasing the time, but I have only been doing this for about 2 weeks. I’ve read and watched the videos on jelqing and make sure I’m doing it right. I do have a greater flaccid length and I don’t want to measure till I’ve been doing this for at least a month. I don’t really do the kegel exercises, but I am starting it this week. I’m starting at 7”BPEL and hoping to get to 8”BPEL. I’m not sure about the girth, but my girth does feel bigger. I was wondering if this seems to be to much this early on in my PE experience.
