I just want length, is this an OK routine?
Hot Wrap Warmup
24 reps of 5 seconds kegel holds, while holding my penis toward my stomach (laying on back)
200 reps of 1 second kegels, while holding my penis out straight (standing)
This totals a little over 7 mins. Newbie routine says 5 mins and work to 10.
Is this okay? I just want length and erection strength.
