safe tension in vac hangers

Hi friends

when talking about vacuum hangers of the bell-shaped hat and silicone sleeve,

is there a tension thats considered safe?
or the danger of blisters is always present?

Depends very much on your wrapping method and conditioning.
A lot of people seem fine up to around 10lbs and start having blister problems beyond that but a few say they’ve got up to 20lbs ok.

Can a guy be conditioned in this aspect?
I had a blister from 3 pound… :(
