Saying hi and a couple questions
I’m new to the forum and I just want to say HI!
I’m just about 6 inches in length and 5 inches in girth.
I would like to get that inch or two in length and maybe an inch in girth (or just half!)
Some questions I have are.
-Whats the best technique, Manual exercises or using tools like stretchers and hangers and all that stuff.
-I just started exercising would that help in getting any gains?
-How do I know if I’m doing it right?!
-Has anyone ever gotten a inch or two bigger in length?
They’re pretty newbie questions but I would like to know!
