I’ve had a bruised nerve, because i always turtle after a workout(a total body one) And i always pull my penis out of turtling , well a few months ago i pulled and i felt a sharp pain in the left side of my penis.
Now I’m rather scared to start again because I’m scared i might damage something for real down there.Anybody got some feedback to share?
Feeling apprehensive after an injury indicates your brain is working.
IF you wish to start up again, let your injury teach you something! Don’t do that again! The general answer is to start very slow, work up slowly, never push into pain, always be sensible and cautious! If you can’t get past the fear, just drop PE and move on.
If you are turtling after your workouts, you are probably using way too much force. If you wish to try again, forget about gains and just go for great EQ and penile health. That means modest and pleasant feeling force levels, and start with short times.
You will know when you are getting it right because you won’t turtle after your workout, at least not much. Ideally, you will be pleasantly plumped for a while.
If you can’t figure out what force level to use, then get a pump and don’t exceed 3 in hg for several months. This will give you an Objective indicator that will keep you out of trouble. Many guys try to rip their dicks off with PE thinking it will make it grow faster. It almost never does.
By the way, trying to “pull it out” of turtling almost always makes it worse. You are just further stressing an already over stressed penis. Try reading my threads linked to this reply.
