Scedule For Using Both Pump And Extender

Hi everyone and thanks to everyone who are are here helping others achieve one of the major dreams in life.

I am fairly new at PE. I started my journey around 3 1/2 months ago with a Jes Extender Titanium and around 7 weeks ago I got a Bathmate HydroXtreme 9.

From what I understand extenders is primarily for length gains and not significant girth gains. The Bathmate on the other hands seems to be able to do both, but leaning towards a girth focus.

My situation is that I am sitting at around 19cm (7.5”) length and 14cm (5.5”) girth. My goal is to reach 23-25cm (9-10”) length and a good 19cm (7.5”) girth.

So my questions mostly relate to how I optimize my schedule, using both devices and getting the right amount of rest. I would like some veterans advice on this.

Since I got the Bathmate, I’ve been using it as recommended. I do 3 x 5min sessions on monday, tuesday, thursday and friday and rest for the days in between.

So the plan so far has been to use the Extender in between days. I’m just not sure if it’s the optimal approach. I am some times a little bit sore after a pump session. Feels mostly like a bit of skin irritation. I am always blue around the shaft after a session but it usually quickly goes almost to normal. But some times it lingers for a full day or more, growing more brownish. I am also experiencing the donuts effect at times. So still working on finding the speed of which to increase and decrease pressure.

I think I tend to pump slightly too high. I stop at the level of discomfort but I don’t let out the pressure at that point. And if the discomfort goes away I usually carefully pump a bit more. I sort of like that discomfort. But perhaps I should go a bit easier.

My girlfriend is sceptical about permanent gains but I am certainly not. She has been out of the country for the past 4 months and is to return in about 3 weeks.

Her opinion on penises is officially that mine is great and that it doesn’t matter much. But we all know what is said isn’t always the whole truth.

She has in the past said that length matters very little, but girth is what really matters: “like a coke can”. I asked her if there is such a thing as too thick, and she said, ” I don’t know, vaginas are pretty stretchy”. She has also asked me why I would want more length. And asked “do you want to poke me in the uterus?” I told her it’s a very long and slow process, and she’s not likely to wake up one day and realize that I’m suddenly an inch too long.

Truth is that I’m not so much doing it for her. I’m doing it for myself most of all. Because I’ve always been into watching a big dick stretch out a pussy. And obviously having it attached to myself would the best of all. I think it’s worth it, even if I have to be careful and not being able go all the way in anymore.

Also I have been with petite women before. Aside from the visual stimulation, I was in fact able to hit their uterus in a certain position. Not sure what position is called, but it’s like cowgirl, except she gets up on her feet facing you. Best position I’ve found to hit the deepest.

And it was an incredible feeling. It was by far the best stimulation ever. As if hitting the opening of a second pussy that is even better. But I can’t hit this with area my current girlfriend and the women that I’ve been with, has not liked it aside from the experience of giving me pleasure.

I think our gains in girth might ruin this particular experience though. I have feeling it might cause way too much pain for her. Of course no two woman are alike. But I must certainly do recommend trying it out. But please, do it carefully, if you want to do it more than once with her.

I am looking very much forward to seeing what the road ahead holds with PE. That extra confidence boost is very welcome.

While I sort of enjoy the envious looks I already seem get from other men at the gym shower, it’s obviously better when adoration comes from women. I occasionally enjoy going in the ocean naked or run around my university as part of a drunken game called “Club 101”. It’s just very comfortable to know that there is absolutely nothing to be ashamed of. And you can focus on having a good time.

Thanks for reply. Can you elaborate exactly how your weekly schedule looks like? I’m just a bit concerned that I’m either not resting enough or is not using the extender as much as I could.
