Scrotal tissue pulled up into pump sometimes

Scrotal tissue pulled up into pump sometimes

Hello all,

I’m not a newbie to the PE world, just this site. I have been having any issue sometimes while pumping where some of my scrotum will be pulled up into the tube and tends to balloon out at the base of my penis. If I continue to pump in this state then it will start to be painful. So of course I stop. I thought maybe part of this might be because of how I am cut. I think the doc trimmed too much when I was circumcised because my scrotal tissue comes up quite a ways.

At present, to get around this I usually take some silicone sleeve material cut to about 1” long to apply pressure there and make sure I keep the base of my penis on the bottom of the tube. This will also happen if I use a silicone sleeve base ring on my pump (still pulls through). I tend to never pump over 5-6 inHg so its not particularly high vac.

I was wondering if anyone else had this problem and if they found a work around.
Thanks!

It’s called “ball burn”. Some guys spend a lot of energy trying to keep scrotum out of the tube, others dont. Some think it can lead to increased turkey neck. I’m in the camp of not worrying about it- for me it’s part of pumping. To stop the ball burn I just stay very lubricated, which can lead to more scrotum getting sucked it. Massaging the area can also help reduce it.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Same as 32, here, except I do regular skin stretching exercises to try to keep my scrotum from moving forward and up the shaft.

Some of the big gainers get an odd look as their scrotum moves out onto their shaft. I’m in no danger of that happening, at least in the reasonable future, but I think some more skin down there will reduce the discomfort when pumping. What used to be serious ball burn is now only rarely a problem.

While this solution is obviously not for everyone, I pump balls first, dick second. Enlarged by the pumping, they tend to want to stay out. Outside of that niche solution, I’d say to hold them like holding the top of a bag until your dick is at full pressure and the base of your dick has swollen to fit the cylinder. To be able to do that, you’ll need to stretch the scrotum, per AndyJ above.

Sorry I not sure we are talking about the same thing here. That’s probably my fault. I don’t mean it’s just the skin being pulled in, its more than that it feels like. And I can NOT pump with it in the tube otherwise there will be acute pain.

Its not turkey neck, or the balls themselves being pulled into the tube, and I don’t think its ball burn (isnt that just frictional pain due to the single line of pressure against the pump?). I’m not so worried about turkey neck as I did the stretches to head that off years ago when I was making most of my length gains and don’t have any issues with it anymore.

Its not the skin that’s being pulled into the tube its underlying tissue. So I’m not exactly sure whats happening. And this is a rather new issue even after pumping on and off since 2013.
