Routine
1st month I was hanging about 2-3 hours per day no rest days at about 3-5 pounds SD and a little bit BTC near the end of the month
Used monkey extenders with the silicon gel padding and fishing 8oz weights
Various stretching A-stretches, V-stretches etc
2nd month I reduced hanging time though with weight constant at around 5 pounds. Switched angle to BTC and started jelqing
Depending on how much time I had I would go from about 100-500 jelqs per day
Still used the silicon extender with the fishing weights
3rd Month I’m hanging again at around 7-10 pounds BTC more and side hanging around the leg
Reduced jelqing
Continued stretching
Discontinued silicon ADS
Starting stats 02/10/12 - BPEL 5.5" 13.97cm BPFSL 5.5" 13.97 cm BG 4.80" in 12.19cm
Currently: 9/30/13- BPEL 6.75-6.9" 17.5cm BPFSL 7.00" 17.78cm BG 5.1" 13.2 cm
