Sequence And Discoloration
Quick observation. My routine, in order is:
1 stretching
2 Squeezes
3 jelq
4 25-30 min pumping
I’ve gotten some discoloration, but I’m thinking if I pumped then jelqed, that would help with discoloration- the rubbing would be somewhat consistent with fire goat rolls. Does anyone have a routine where they pump then jelq and has not suffered from some sort of discoloration? Any thoughts about this?
