Short Edging Sessions?
Hi,
What are the benefits of short 2/3 edging sessions per day instead of one long one. I am talking about 15 minutes erect time per session. Not more than 3 times a week. No ejaculation either. I do PE in secrecy and a 20-25 minutes break in the office is all what I need
My observations:
- I feel that my erections are considerably harder during this week (I started this practice during the current week)
- These short sessions has really helped me taught control ( I used to masturbate quickly)
- I feel that my PC muscles get a good workout in each session. I do most of the edging session while sitting on a toilet seat, this really works out my kegel and reverse kegel
