Short uli only routine?
Would a short routine be enough for gains? I’m not concerned with fast results. What would be the best routine if you only had 15 min in the shower 4 days a week. I was thinking 15 min of 1 min uli’s with some wet jelqs in between. Has anyone seen results with a similar time routine? I mostly am looking for girth. Anything else other than uli’s that will be good?
