Should I be worried

I was jelqing in the shower earlier, and after about 10 minutes I noticed what looked like a red patch apear as if id burst a blood vessel or something and now 3 hours later I have a dark patch that looks like a bruise.

It’s not sore though

Should I be concerned?

You don’t have to be overly concerned, but you did bust a capillary or 2 or 20. You over did it with your jelq pressure and you should probably let that heal up before you begin again with a little less gusto. Take it easy. Remember, this is a marathon, not a sprint.

I had some thing like that.just don t worry slowdown a little your intensity or rest until you r heal.it take to me a few days.

Take a few days off. When you return, ease up on the pressure

I’d say take a month off and massage the skin between your fingertips very genty every other day or so till some of the discoloring goes away. Start up slower next time and good luck.

While you’re taking some weeks off, regularly give a very gentle penis massage in warm water and apply some lotion. It’d help.

I did that when I first started playing around with jelqing. Now I have a perm. dark spot where the injury was. Fortunitly its in an inconspicuos spot..

Seriously though, careful when jelqing in the shower - the water/lube/heat sometimes gets me jelqing too hard without realising it - I get kinda carried away sometimes..
