I know that this topic is all around the forum. But to be honest, I’m just shy of a panic.

The past week I’ve been wearing an ADS (leg wrapped) and pumping erect. No manuals. I felt the strain on my shaft as I progressively worked up to 3 hours of wear.

However, now I’ve noticed that my EQ is at best 90% (I couldn’t even finish last night) and my BPEL is still lower by .3” (7.8” vs 8.25”). An even bigger gap is my NBPEL is 7.25” vs. 7.75”.

The only other thing that changed is I began cardio this week. Running on the treadmill for 30 - 40 mins.

Should I do anything besides rest? Should I do stretches so that it doesn’t heal shorter?

I’ve read a ton of posts on this but at the moment that you need the information, it’s all running together in my head.

Thanks for the quick response. Will do. I saw a flashback to pre-PE ED issues and I don’t want to ever be there again.

Cardio isn’t a factor. Did you have the ADS on while running on the treadmill? If so, that might be a factor.

Hey DL,

No, I’m not that brave. But I wore it to the office, so I was not sedentary. I shifted between the normal positions like walking, sitting, and bending over. I think that the tension was too high. So, I obviously had the leg wrap too low (around the calf).

I wish there was a way that I could tell how much tension is being applied like with pumping. Then I can use that as a guide instead of feeling for pain. I would feel my shaft, and when I felt the tunica (? - i don’t really know if that’s what I’m feeling) had stretch, then I stopped at that tension.

This may be unrelated, but I think that it stressed my pelvic floor muscle ( I don’t know which one) or something there. Because for the past two days, it has been difficult to hold back when I have to urinate. It’s like as soon as the urge comes, I have to go, there’s no holding it.

I’m on break from PE for a week. I’ll see how it all goes.

Ohhhh, the light bulb may have just switched for me.

Would it be accurate to say that an 1/8” or 1/4” increase above your BPFSL is a safe amount of tension for the ADS?

You can swap out your current extender system for one with springs and index lines that indicate the load on the springs.

To know tension you need a way to measure it.

Like using a pump with a gauge.

Roger that. I purchased the vac. hanger (with a leg wrap alternative) setup because the noose fitting on my andropenis wasn’t comfortable or I wasn’t wearing it correctly. Also, not sure if you remember that you showed me what was missing, but for all the cost, it doesn’t have index lines. Kinda cringing at the idea of buying a third item for the same purpose. Is there an extender with a better fitting for the glans? The vac. cup is very comfortable to me.

I loved the vac attachment system up until it gave me blisters. I agree, they are more comfortable, and if the vac works for you, I would stay with it.
