No, I’m not that brave. But I wore it to the office, so I was not sedentary. I shifted between the normal positions like walking, sitting, and bending over. I think that the tension was too high. So, I obviously had the leg wrap too low (around the calf).
I wish there was a way that I could tell how much tension is being applied like with pumping. Then I can use that as a guide instead of feeling for pain. I would feel my shaft, and when I felt the tunica (? - i don’t really know if that’s what I’m feeling) had stretch, then I stopped at that tension.
This may be unrelated, but I think that it stressed my pelvic floor muscle ( I don’t know which one) or something there. Because for the past two days, it has been difficult to hold back when I have to urinate. It’s like as soon as the urge comes, I have to go, there’s no holding it.
I’m on break from PE for a week. I’ll see how it all goes.
