To Rest or Not To Rest
So I just started the newbie routine again for like the zillionth time. I’ve been doing 1 on 1 off, 100 jelqs, kegels, and occasional stretching. Sometimes I take 2 days off, but usually I just take one day off. Recently, my dick has been feeling bigger, fuller, harder, and has a greater erection angle. My flaccid hang has been ridiculous the past 2 days. So here’s the question, “Should I take a few days off to rest and wait for the gains? or Should I just still to the routine that seems to be working for me.” If I do take a break, how long should I take one for? This is probably just my 2nd or 3rd week on the new routine. Your thoughts?
