To give you an example of how I pe most days…… I just woke up this morning with a raging hard on. I popped 200mg of caffeine because I don’t like coffee and energy drinks cost too much. I jumped in the shower to cool down and warm up with 5 minutes of icy hot water on the brown fat between my shoulder blades which starts fat burning, then 5 minutes warming everything back up…. works better than arginine IMO. All the while I had crest white strips on my teeth, because I multitask like that.
Flash foreward to my routine after lubing up my hand pump and tube, I pump for 10-15min at around 5hg which is comfortable for me but I stop before getting the donut. 10 minutes of my own brief partial dry jelq routine with some holds then 10-15 min of clamping. I get it on, wash my hands, and I do everything from shaving to brushing my teeth or ironing in that time. Just don’t try to poop until you take it off. I wear a divocup because I love the damn thing, paired with a comfortable cock ring and I am ready for my brief cardio before work. I take in half a scoop of whey protein in water to feul me up and supposedly prevent catabolism, but mainly it keeps me walking faster. A breif 30min walk through the neighborhood back to my house and that’s it for my morning routine. At night I workout 4 days a week lifting heavy and taking very short rest periods untill about the end when I need my rest to finish strong.
All it takes me is about an extra hour and a half a day to wake up and do both pe and cardio which improves my erections three fold. If you talk on the phone or get all your FB’ing out of the way at this time you can save even more time. If you keep your notes and books with you to study at every every dull moment of the day you can squeeze out about 2-3 hours a day you knever knew you had. Keep your meals light throught the day and you’ll have more energy! When you get out of work/school head straight for the gym instead of getting comfortable. Another hour working out at night 4 times a week and you’ll see your confidence and everything else in life improve. Really that’s just a few minor sacrifices and your work out put will improve.
Now if I could find a cheap treadmil to walk at an incline on while playing xbox and I could save few minutes not getting dressedup to go out.
