Should I Take A Break From PE?
Hello guys, I need help!!
The first time I did PE was 5 years ago, and I had great gains. Unfortunately, I stopped. I’ve started it again recently, and it feels great, but I have a problem.
I’m the fatest I’ve ever been, and on top off that, I have a porn addiction. So, I’ve stop watching porn a week ago, therefore, a have basically no libido. I know it’s normal to feel like this the first weeks after stopping it.
What really worries me is that my unit is a little rubbish. I don’t know exactly how to explain it, but it’s like it has no blood in it, and it feel like a rubber, and when a do kegels, no blood goes in to it.
I want to know from you if it’s because of my weight, since a have never been this heavy. I know working out and dieting will help (I’m already doing it, lost 10 pound already) but my erection is really worrying me. I have none. Some times a can get an erection and maintain it if a keep stimulating it, but it feel really weak. But a have no nocturnal erection, let alone spontaneous ones.
So, should I stop PE’ing while I get leaner and work on getting out off my addiction (what will better my libido?), or should I keep going?
