Side to Side Stretches vs. Jelqing
Hi all,
I’ve recently gotten back into P.E. Spent some time on the AJelqForYou subreddit. Guys there tend to believe that the jelq is an outdated and potentially dangerous exercise(despite their name). They’re big on Side to Side stretches too, something that isn’t too popular here on Thunders. I’d like to see what the vets think of this, and what advice they would give to someone getting back into PE and incorporating one, or both, exercises into their manual routine. Right now, I do about 10 minutes of stretching in all directions, 10 minutes of Side to Side stretches, followed by 10 minutes of jelqing.
