Silicone ADS dekeratinize glans

Does anyone know if Is the silicone used in the most common ADS’s has the ability to dekeratinize the glans like silicone gel scar sheeting? Or has anyone experienced increased sensitivity by wearing a silicone ads consistently?

Yes, it has the effect of dekeratinize the glans, IMO for a simple reason: keeping the glans beneath the silicone changes the skin metabolism, drying it out.

After a while new layers of skin will be much more sensible than previous keratinized ones.

So should it be advised not to use this method?

I think it’s more of a side effect of just using a silicone cup for ADSing. I have been using the esl40 ads for a while now and am definitely feeling more sensation in my glans. I am also using a fleshlight to combat my delayed ejaculation so it’s hard to say exactly how effective it is.

Oh well I’m using the same thing the esl40. So is the extra sensation good or bad when it comes to pe? or is it permanent? By the way have you seen progress with the ads, how long do you use it. Sorry for the all the questions I’m just curious

The extra sensation is neither good nor bad for PE, but great for my sex life. I have been using the ADS for around 3-4 hours a day for the last 2 months combined with a low erection jelq and stretching routine. I am officially measuring on Sept 11th which will be serve as a 3 month efficacy test for the routine. I have done some pre measurements though, and seem to be coming in at 19.25cm BPEL, which is a gain of .25cm, or .1 inch. I am hoping for 19.5cm come September.
