Silicone Sleeves and HEAT

Hi everyone

I have been doing machismo stretches and using ADS for a while now and have concluded my lack of gains could have something to do with the fact I never use heat. So I have started using a rice sock for hanging with my ADS but I notice that it instantly degrades the rubber sleeve and leads to holes. I’ve tried it with a couple of the cheap Chinese sleeves that I don’t think are 100% silicone. Do the sleeves that come with the LG HANGER do the same? I.E. Can you put a hot rice sock over the top of the sleeve while you hang without ruining the sleeve?
