Hey guys, I’m new here. First post. Been doing PE for about a month now and am happy with the results so far :)

Heres the situation. In six months I’m going on a backpacking trip. It’ll be around 6 months long and due to where I’ll be staying, I won’t be able to do much if any PE. So I’ve been doing it for a month now with just the newbie routine. How should I prepare for such a long break from PE?

Newbie routine is composed entirely by manuals exercises, can be done anywhere.

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

I’m doing a sort of bare bones backpacking trip. Lots of hitchhiking, hostels, couch surfing etc. I plan on doing as much PE as possible while I’m there, and will likely continue with whatever routine is working best for me at the time.
Due to the fact that I think my ability to perform PE regularly will be severely diminished, I mostly want to know what I should do leading up to the trip. I know some people talk about cementing gains and other things along that line.

As for my routine, I started a month ago yesterday. Started with only jelqing for around 10 mins and after the first week I had good Pi’s. Decided to incorporate stretching and immediately lost those good pi’s. It was very light stretching but I’ve decided to stop it and just continue with jelqing for now as I’m seeing results.

I don’t think there is anything special to do leading up to your trip. What you do during your trip will make the difference. If you are able to maintain some sort of regular PE schedule then you can just get back to your regular schedule when you return. But if during your trip you have no time for PE, then when you return you will have to start again as a newbie.

I’m thinking that kind of trip would be a good time to forget about PE, and just enjoy the experience.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Fuck it. Take the trip. Start as a newbie when back.

That seems to be the consensus. Thanks guys. I’ll see how it goes. If I can do some sort of stretching routine, great. If not, I’ll just start over.
