Skin and circumcision

If you had all of the skin on the penis removed and had some normal arm skin grafted on to it, would the penis itself still feel good to touch, or just the glans?

When people defend circumcision, they sometimes say it’s only some skin thats removed, not the actual penis.
But isnt the skin the best part? And isnt the foreskin the best part of the skin?

I actually still have my foreskin, but a friend of mine was circumcised about a year ago, he said that masturbation is better with skin but sex is better with out. I think the nerve endings would go if the skin was removed, but not really sure.
