Slight aching in base should I keep going?
Hello guys, this is my first post. Greetings from Peru:
So I started with PE about two weeks ago, but I committed one mistake, I watched a YouTube video where the guy basically recommended manual clamping while jelqing. I tried this once and I had problems with erections for like four days later, although I must recognize that my penis started like pumping several times a day, like trying to have many erections that ended in some form of hard soft. After that I started reading everything I could in this forum and I knew I screwed up, shouldn’t have started with that. Anyway, my erections are all recover now, in just 5 days so I guess I was lucky. No I’m doing the newbie routine although I’m starting with no more than 50 jelqs of 5 seconds. The problem I have is that, since the ”injury” I had, which didn’t last that much, I have recovered my erection power but still.. There’s some slight achiness in one side of the shaft, very near the base. I’m not sure if this is some sort of PF problem or ligament problem, is not exactly a pain, just a slight ache. I’ve continued doing the PE routine and using a lot of pre warm and post warm, sometimes I don’t feel the ache, sometimes it comes back. Now, reading a lot about the PI’s, my guess is that I shouldn’t do any PE until the ache goes forever? Even if it takes weeks? I stress this is not a pain, just an ache. What do you guys think? Do you PE through slight pains too? Or you wait until there’s no type of pain/achiness/discomfort? Will I be too conservative if I stop until I feel nothing and absolutely nothing again? What should the best approach be? I’m asking this because now I’ve read almost all important stuff there is in this forum and I’m freaking out about the injuries information and PI’s. They say one shouldn’t do any PE until all bad symptoms are gone, but what about this slight achiness or soreness, should I wait until they stop too? Please share your experiences.
Thanks in advance
