I felt slight pain in the left side of my penis last night while strecthing. Should I take time off? If so how long? Or can I test it again tonight?

Try again with less force and if you still feel the pain take few days off.
I personally would have today off for sure, and a nice warm bath.
Try very gently tommorow.
