i have been experiencing a swelling just behind the head, only on the bottom side. after jelqing. it doesn`t really have any pain, just a slight discomfort. it usually subsides after an hour or two. has anyone else had this?
Lessen the tension you are applying when jelqing if you are doing manual exercises.
If you are using a hanger or other equipmet then tale it easier with that.
