Hey guys I would like to know if doing 300 slow jelqs ( 3sec per stroke) are as effective as doing 900 fast jelqs?( a sec per stroke)

Better to do them slowly. It’s about quality not quantity

I agree.

Would it help to do them for say 5 seconds each? What about 7? Is 3 the prefect speed or does it really matter as long as you give to pressure to do it work, which seems to be at least a 3 second speed?

Anywhere between 3 and 5 seconds is good.

Yeah mine is around 3 to 5 seconds. I see good results. 7 second strokes would be way to long. I need to figure out how to attach images to here then I can post a picture of my before and after jelqing. I swear my penis looks twice as big for a short period of time.

But A69 started off doing fast jelqs - up to 2 a second - and got results within 14 days doing 300 reps.

It’s not how fast or hard you do them, it’s whether they are doing what is intended. Your jelq speed will change according to your level of erection. What you are trying to achieve is to push blood towards your glans, expanding the corpus cavernosum and spongiosum in front of your hand as you jelq. Vary the pressure and speed to achieve that and you will get results from your jelqing.

As for numbers, go by feel. If you have gone a bit heavy and your dick doesn’t feel recovered from a previous session, give it a rest or drop the reps. If your dick doesn’t feel a little ‘worked’ after the number you planned, do a few more.

You have to understand that everyone is different all out bodies grow differently, so one method that works for one person might not work for you. Just experiment find what works for you and keep at it.

I did 3 secs before, and tried 5 secs makes my head sore after 2 days, so I switch back to 3 secs. I will not call 1 secs as jelq, it’s too close to mastubation.
