Smoking and PE
Hey guy’s I’m new to the PE world, my recent thread posting stats and reasoning etc. I have alot to read before I finally get my initial workout plan sorted and dive head first into the world of PE. To be honest with you all, I’m 18, I smoke between 5 and 15 cigarettes a day, Never anything usually over 20 and I occasionally smoke bud recreation-ally. I was wondering does smoking affect gains or PE in any way as I believe this is a full-time commitment and as I said previously, I’m in for the long haul.
So, does smoking affect your unit when attempting to gain?
