So yeah. I started hanging last winter and because of time constraints only really did that for a short time. Then I tried pumping and did that off and on here and there when I could, but noticed some negative effects. So I didn’t do anything for several months then went to a manual routine and while I was sort of thinking I was making gains, but every time I went to measure I wasn’t sure if I was measuring exactly like I was last time. Was I sitting down, standing? Hips forward, hips back? Positioning of the ruler itself? Eyes directly above the tape, at an angle? I’ve found that just manipulating a few things like that it could give an illusion that gains were made.

So on Nov 5 I measured but this time I made sure to eliminate all variables that might lead to a false measurement the next time. So I lied on my back, directly on top of the penis/pubic bone, same hand, same viewing angle, etc. Between Nov 5 and Nov 20 my routine was kind of sloppy so I decided to give it one month of consistency to see what the deal was. So today I measured again, the exact same way, and my BPFSL went from 7 1/8” to 7 1/4.” And I’m 99% sure gains were made this time around as last measurement I tried my damnedest to squeak out as much as possible on the tape, and there was no more than 7 1/8” available.

My routine if anyone is curious or can offer advice moving forward etc.

Stretch twice a day for 15 mins (morning and before bed), 3 days on, 1 day off, heating with a rice sock beforehand. I also kegel and reverse kegel while stretching (not for the entire 15 mins just here and there) and sometimes I’ll bang out 100 kegels just before stretching. Sometimes in the morning instead of a rice sock for a warm up I take a hot shower to warm up my unit.
I also would occasionally clamp following the stretching for 10 mins tops. Some days I might follow up with another 5 minutes at another point in the day.

I feel like it’s a pretty good straight forward routine that doesn’t use a ton of time. Was pretty stoked when I saw the gains and thought I would post this for any noobs on the fence.

Nah I’m not big. My el is only like 5 3/4” on a good day last time I measured. My fat pad is like 1 inch I think. My theory is to stretch out and increase my FSL/BPFSL and fill it in with the clamping. Also wouldn’t hurt to lose some weight, but I’ve been trying that but I really cling onto fat in that area.

If you keep up a good routine it will work, but it takes a little time. In the long run you will be happy with with the results. I was already at the Goldilocks perfect size to please any pussy I fucked. But the sight of a bigger cock in my hand is so hot I started my second round of PE. Yes PE absolutely works, I gained my goal in just under a year, but I had an Ace in my pocket, I documented it all in my thread, just make sure that all the exercises you are doing is absolutely working for you, you must believe that. Now then, let say you do 80 stretches and I do 20 very quality stretches, who is going have the better result, you or I. It will be me that have the better results. Pull, hold it for a bit, and do it again and again etc. Another thing, mix it up as when you start your exercises, don’t exercise at the same time every day, because your cock will learn your schedule, mix it up. Every time you have to urinate do the piss pull for a bit then urinate, pull it again for a bit then put it back in your pants. This works, I don’t PE anymore, but by habit I do the piss pull every time I have to piss, I don’t even know I am doing it. Don’t think of PE while piss pulling, just concentrate on pissing, because that puts you in a relax state of mind, Know what I mean. How do I know this? :-) ……..

Yes it pulls back (not 1 inch though, way less) but then when I relax the kegel it seems to stretch further than it was right before the kegel. That’s why I do it.

Yeah it definitely works. I gained an inch in BPEL, although I think in reality it was only about 0.5-0.75 inches and I just measured differently. I am afraid girth gains will be very difficult for me. I am currently a nonbeliever in girth gains for my personal penis until I am proven otherwise. I hope to god I can get past this 4.5 inches in girth lol.
