So what do you make of this situation?
Currently doing just a manual exercise routine. Not my first time doing the newbie routine, I started out maybe a year ago with a newbie routine and saw what appeared at the time to be some good progress! Large increase in EQ, and what appeared at the time to be some length gains of maybe .5” over a month leaving me at 7.5”x5”. I stopped doing PE altogether for a long time and since then have continued to measure 7.5” which leads me to believe that what seemed like gains was probably just measurement error and EQ gain.
So now I’m back at it, started the newbie routine all over again two months ago. Dick seemed pretty used to it after all this time, no red spots like the first time, started with 10 minutes of jelqing and worked up to 15 minutes after a month as EQ responses dictated. All exercises are preceded/followed up by 5 min warm up/down periods using hot water. 2 days on, one day of rest, for about two months give or take, and I have observed substantially improved EQ so far zero length gain and perhaps marginal girth gain, but nothing that I can measure so there could be nothing at all. I have tried jelqing a bit harder or longer every once in a while to see how I respond, but so far it usually just results in less of an EQ improvement.
So far, good response to 15 minutes of jelqing and worse response for slightly harder or longer exercises. I would certainly like to see some progress but I do not want to end up pushing myself too far. Am I doing everything properly and just gaining really slowly, or am I under-training right now and I should just stick with longer/harder exercises even if there is no EQ gain at first?
