Soft, non-thrombosed vein - but on glans

Has anybody ever noticed a soft, blue vein (ie not thrombosed, which I think have to be hard) on the glans itself?

I was (stupidly) jelqing without having warmed up enough (I thought making the water hotter would speed it up [protip: it does not]), and noticed a soft, forked vein, maybe less than an inch long, about the width of a piece of string, on the glans itself (and the suggestion of a second, more towards the top). No pain or discomfort.

I’m taking this as a hint to stop for a week, but still wondering: a vein on the glans? Anyone else ever get this? Not hard or uncomfortable, just - uh, oddly placed.

Well they’ve got to be there (Veins that is) otherwise it wouldn’t do things. As you say leave off for a bit and wait for things to normalize. and of course take heed.

Woah. I’ve never seen this or heard of it anywhere :o . I’d definitely suggest taking atleast a small break until you know anything about it. Sounds dangerous to me.. I didn’t even know there were veins in the Glans :o Atleast not any near the surface anyways.

Awesome - I discovered a new negative PI.

(For the record: it went away a few hours after the session, same as edema does, and is completely invisible now, even after a [light] glans squeezing).

But yeah - definite week off: was probably time anyway.

For the record again - here’s sparkyx’s response to my PM:

“There are blood vessels in the glans, you expanded one. I think it’s a good idea to go easier in the future, and a week or so off sounds like a good idea.”

Update: still got the vein (it seems to be a full-on vein per se - blue and forked), but it generally only shows up when I jelq. And this is after a month’s decon.

I can’t find the thread, but some other guys (marinera among them, I think) mentioned dick-veins that showed up only when jelqing, and subsided after. I think that’s what I’ve got.

My urologist says he has seen veins up in the glans; apparently with no negative effect.

*cries and runs away*

Maybe I’ll post a pic when I have some growth to show.

It’s not much to see, just a standard dick-type vein in a weird spot.

I have something resembling this. It shows up when jelqing heavily.

Nothing to worry about. I use it to tell when I have jelqed enough.;)

Huh, guess it’s not *that* freaky.

I get that a bit of that next to the frenulum but on glans after a 10 minute set of clamping.

Goes down in 3 minutes.
