some PE doubts

some PE doubts

Hi guys! Some weeks ago I read a post in which it was explained that kegel can’t improve the blood flow in general. The blood flow is increased only when you squeeze your PC muscle and not when it is released. I want to ask you: Did I understand the concept rightly or I misinterpret it? Does a Kegel routine have some kind of effect (also minimal) when the muscle is released?

In conclusion are there or aren’t there some techniques to increase the blood flow (without assuming any substances)?

I have another doubt. When people start PE have a particular blood flow that differs from person to person, but when your penis, thanks to PE, reaches a bigger size the blood flow is sufficient yet? Can You get an erection as hard as you did before you started PE?

I’m sorry I know that I ask boring questions with a bad English, but sometimes I need some physiological explanations to be sure of what I’m doing.

Thank you! Bye

sim,

I don’t know the physiological explanation for the kegel questions.

Jelqing and girth exercises will do that, as well as pumping, because they give a good vascular workout.

This can be better explained with the use of numbers. Say your dick size is 6”, and your blood flow is 6. If you gained an inch (or any amount) the blood flow would need to be increased to realise the gain. Most healthy individuals will have a ‘surplus’, for example a dick size of 6” and a blood flow of 9. This surplus and the tendancy for PE to increase blood flow mean that only people with a blood flow problem in the first case will not realise gains.

Before I started PE, I had very rare morning hardons, and I had almost no hardons that woke me up in the middle of the night. Right now, I experience these things, and I think this must be because of increased blood flow to the penis. For the time being, PE has helped me to get some gains and also increase blood circulation.

I think the point of kegels is that, doing too many kegels actually fatigues the BC muscle, and during that recovery time, you will not have good erections. I don’t know why exactly this is the case, but I just assume that it is like the muscle we have in our body. When I go to the gym, and do some bench-press at high weights, I usually can’t lift as much weight in my third rep, and moreover I need to take some resting days.

Maybe it is better to work out BC muscle with lower force levels, and also try to do BTB jelq, this is also supposed to help with blood circulation.

Thanks for the replies.

Someone says that squats help a lot for the blood circulation. I know it is very good to increase the blood in our muscles, but does it really affect the erections?
