After all the intesnse exercises I’ve put my dick through
So you started with advanced exercises before your dick was conditioned for them, before it was ready. Bad move from the off, I’m surprised you havent injured yourself at some point.
the newbie routine is the last thing that I need,
No, its the FIRST thing you need. Thats why its called the newbie routine, its for newbies, its a starter routine, where you start with PE. See how that works?
3 months of PE doesnt exactly make me a noob
Yes it does. You havent done PE consitently, so um yeah, you’re a newb. You’re even more of a newb than an actual newb actually, as most newbs actually read up and get some basic knowledge behind them, whereas you clearly know very little - at most.
sorry those exercises are too weak, after I do them it will leave me with the feeling and thought “did I even work my dick out”
You know jack shit about PE, you have no clue why you’re not gaining, so how on Earth can you know which exercises are “too weak”?
RESEARCH!
Theres no way I’m overdoing it[/qutote] if anything I’m underdoing it..
No, you’re overdoing it. Advanced exercises should only be performed on a well conditioned penis, NOT on an un-conditioned newbie penis. That will only hurt you in the long run.
Just explain to me how tugging on your dick lightly for 5 minutes is going to make it grow, shouldn’t I feel my tunica or whatever stretching, some kind of pressure?
Stretching creates microtears, which then heal in the strtched state, and over a prolonged period of time (IE - more than 7 days) will result in gains.
This is my point all along, I don’t feel any intesisty in these exercises, even though the dick isnt a muscle the same principle applies.. When you work out you feel your muscles burn, fatigue, thats when you know you’ve had a good workout, is that now how it is for my dick?
Your dick is not a muscle, so no, none of that is relevant. Some people get a post workout soreness, some don’t. Soreness is NOT required for gains.
How do you know that things are working? I don’t like doing things without knowing I’m doing them right and they’re going to produce some sort of results, which is how PE is for me.
Like Ive already said, instant gains are not going to happen. Its a marathon, not a sprint. Gains take time, some people experience gains faster than others. Some people jump in at the deep end and try everything and wonder why it doesnt work. Thats what you did. Take some time to read through the thread I linked you to, and take some time to read other threads too, and you must start to understand how and why you should start off witht he newbie routine, and NOT with advanced exercises.
Hopefully your time on HOLD will give you some time to adjust your attitude and drop the “I know everything about PE yet I dont know why I’m not gaining” attitude. If not, well at least I tried….
