So you started with advanced exercises before your dick was conditioned for them, before it was ready. Bad move from the off, I’m surprised you havent injured yourself at some point.

the newbie routine is the last thing that I need,

No, its the FIRST thing you need. Thats why its called the newbie routine, its for newbies, its a starter routine, where you start with PE. See how that works?

3 months of PE doesnt exactly make me a noob

Yes it does. You havent done PE consitently, so um yeah, you’re a newb. You’re even more of a newb than an actual newb actually, as most newbs actually read up and get some basic knowledge behind them, whereas you clearly know very little - at most.
sorry those exercises are too weak, after I do them it will leave me with the feeling and thought “did I even work my dick out”
You know jack shit about PE, you have no clue why you’re not gaining, so how on Earth can you know which exercises are “too weak”?

RESEARCH!

Theres no way I’m overdoing it[/qutote] if anything I’m underdoing it..

No, you’re overdoing it. Advanced exercises should only be performed on a well conditioned penis, NOT on an un-conditioned newbie penis. That will only hurt you in the long run.

Just explain to me how tugging on your dick lightly for 5 minutes is going to make it grow, shouldn’t I feel my tunica or whatever stretching, some kind of pressure?

Stretching creates microtears, which then heal in the strtched state, and over a prolonged period of time (IE - more than 7 days) will result in gains.

This is my point all along, I don’t feel any intesisty in these exercises, even though the dick isnt a muscle the same principle applies.. When you work out you feel your muscles burn, fatigue, thats when you know you’ve had a good workout, is that now how it is for my dick?

Your dick is not a muscle, so no, none of that is relevant. Some people get a post workout soreness, some don’t. Soreness is NOT required for gains.

How do you know that things are working? I don’t like doing things without knowing I’m doing them right and they’re going to produce some sort of results, which is how PE is for me.

Like Ive already said, instant gains are not going to happen. Its a marathon, not a sprint. Gains take time, some people experience gains faster than others. Some people jump in at the deep end and try everything and wonder why it doesnt work. Thats what you did. Take some time to read through the thread I linked you to, and take some time to read other threads too, and you must start to understand how and why you should start off witht he newbie routine, and NOT with advanced exercises.

Hopefully your time on HOLD will give you some time to adjust your attitude and drop the “I know everything about PE yet I dont know why I’m not gaining” attitude. If not, well at least I tried….

That’s the problem. I had to PE 7 days a week (jelq 5 days, stretch 7) before I managed .25” and that took almost 4 months (Jan 1st 2003 -> First week of April 2003). Consistency is key. I’ve been there though… doubting if I will grow then all of a sudden I noticed my stretches were done with less resistance from my dick, and before I knew it- I gained.

For me it was experimenting with different routines. Jelqing will give your dick a plump look to it after you are done. Your girth will be roughly the size it is when it is hard, only you are not fully erect (mine stays pumped even while flaccid for a while).

Stretching for me was a tougher egg to crack. I strated with the basic manual stretches, and they had no effect on me.

I begain doing A-Stretches after maybe 2 weeks of experimenting with different stretches, and I felt a nice stretching burn. Like mentioned above, when you try to touch your toes without bending your knees- THAT burning feeling is what you want to feel deep within your penis- mine was close to the base (where it attaches to the pubic bone).

We’ve all been there with doubting PE, or doubting ourselves in terms of progress when things slow down, or cease to even begin- I don’t think there is anyone here that hasn’t hit a plateau in their PE routine. Just hang in there and stick with a good beginner’s routine. Don’t even think about hanging or clamping until you are a few months into this- preferably after you’ve gained some.

To willz. You’re currently at 7 by 5 NBP and your bitching? Wake the fuck up and count your blessings!

Slack,

Are you referring to muscle soreness, or soreness in the relevant areas of the penis after a PE session?

I know you were comparing muscle workouts and PE, but I wasn’t sure whether you were saying if it’s OK to be sore after PE. I asked if it is acceptable to be sore after PE, in another thread, and did’nt get an answer.

I am confused because Bib’s posts advocate fatigue/soreness, whereas xenolith seems to have a different approach.

Is soreness to be pursued? Or is it OK if someone just stumbles into it?

And what about a Newbie, should a Newbie pursue fatigue/soreness (within the Newbie routine, of course)? Or is soreness OK (incidental and not pursued) and PE’ing can continue as long as P.I.’s are OK?

I have always been under the impression that soreness is fine as long as you don’t over-do it and get injuries, also put in a little rest time on the side also. Probably should listen to Slack though ;) .

I’m saying in manual PE (jelqing/stretching) that soreness is not necessary. Yes, tou CAN be sore after a workout, but some people will be sore, others wont, everyones different.

Hello willz:
I can see that you’ve come here for help and we all want to help you. I think you may be assuming that 3 months is some kind of marker. I’m willing to do PE for 10 years if necessary. In fact, I don’t even measure myself each month. I measure myself every SIX MONTHS. The progress is quite slow and invisible. You are shooting yourself in the foot by putting time limits on this process.

The fact that the Newbie routine seems easy for you is the reason why it works — A little bit in a consistent manner is the very point that I think you need to do in order to reach your goals.

Also, with the amount of passion you have, you’d think that you were really, really small. I’d love to reach your starting point!

A little interruption here.
I have not got any ERECT gain with newbie routine until now, more than a month of PEing, but I feel myself very lucky to have that little but amazing FLACCID gain (0.5”), which I believe it will turn to be a big big ERECT gain someday.
What I got from this forum most:
1. Reducing my smoking habit from 1 pack Marl per day to 8/day after I read some post here and will continue to reduce until NONE
2. Attitude to be consistent, not only with PE, but also my other target (I was not a consistent person)
3. A healthier unit, I believe we should have healthier unit before having bigger unit, and my unit hang fuller at flaccid harder at erect than before.
4. LOTS OF FRIENDS…it’s important

It’s just a thought from a newbie

That’s great that you got some flaccid gain already, meiya. The things you listed are definitely good ideas to maximize your gains. Try to get some cardio/exercise every day as well, and drink plenty of water with it. Circulation is so crucial to getting a good erect size - if I sit at home for a week, my hard ons go down to 7.5” - guaranteed. A couple other things are to stay away from caffeine and vitamin c - caffeine restricts blood flow and tightens your arteries, and vitamin c hardens your ligaments, which ordinarily would be a good thing, but with PE, it isn’t.

Slack,
I don’t want to hurt my unit for ADVANCED routine if my unit is not yet well conditioned, am ready to take more than 3 months of newbie routine if my unit is not ready for those. But how to measure or feel if my unit is well conditioned? Is it possible not having CONDITIONED unit after 3 months newbie routine? How a newbie like me knows when to add extra routine or extra hours?

Wilz,
Do you see the reply from freestyle00??? That’s what I like this forum about.
NOW I have 2000 cc (2 litres) of NESCAFE EVERY SINGLE DAY, I took my 2000mg Vit C EVERY DAY…by tomorrow, I know what to do, so I will get my GAIN GAIN GAIN….

Thanks freestyle00 for your just in time suggestion…

Maybe some people just can’t grow?

It is much easier for most people to say something doesn’t work for them than to admit that they have never actually given it a shot.

Over four months for me and was using a home maid hanger before I ever saw gains.

The kind that get bigger units.

By your own admission you have not gone three months straight. If your jelqs are the same as spanking your monkey you are doing it wrong. Take days off as advised in the newbie routine. Do the jelqs, as advised in the newbie routine. Be consistent, as advised in the newbie routine. Oh did I mention? Do the newbie routine.

You ask for advise from the worlds experts in this field then throw a hissy fit when they give it to you? Step one is to remove your head from a dark stinky place, admit to your self that you don’t have a f*cking clue as to what you are doing, and listen to the guys trying to help you.

Hope you chill and start actually PEing because this stuff really does work.
