Hi there!

Some of you have replied to my other thread and I’m very thankful of that! I’m planning to start a progress report including pictures tomorrow. Today I did my first newbie routine (as described in FAQ and linked by many users) and some questions arose.

1: I get hard really fast. During a jelq session I’m like 90-100% all the time. Is this a problem?! I really can’t get it to 80%. I used a nice amount of vaseline+paraffine which is vaseline plus some sort of oil which makes it more liquid like than vaseline. Got that from a doctor and it’s REALLY great stuff. But I read that you need 80% Erection and going full erection might be too much for a beginner? I just can’t get it to less.. Is this a problem to get gains?!
2: How hard do I close the grip when jelqing?? I have very strong hands because of deadlifting and stuff so I don’t want to overdo it. I just gripped nice and snug but not that I’m squeezing death out of a newborn baby lol.
3: How hard do I pull with stretching?! It’s so fucking scary to pull hard on my flaccid penis.. Also because I’m a grower and it’s that first mental blockade that I am thinking like SHIT I DON’t WANT TO RIP IT OFF. Since I am new.. But in the instructional the guy was pulling with two hands lol. I was mostly doing the slow rotary stretches, so just make circles.
4: The tutorial said it should hang really full now, but I feel like it is not hanging that much fuller. It does feel like it’s a BIT thicker so I guess I did an oke jelqing job. Just stretching not so much.
5: Does stretching ligaments not mean that on the long run the boner won’t stand as much up as it does now??
6: Also when you Jelq, I release my top hand a bit before I start at the bottom again, is that ok? It felt weird and shit if I didnt.

I think if I have those questions handled there’s not a lot more before I can nicely go on with my routine. Which I am going to do 2 days on -1 day off.

P.S Starting stats: BPEL 5.1” and EG 5.2” (More about that in the progress report I’m gonna make and update frequently at first and slower later)

Also my EQ was like 70% this morningwood. Normally like 90%. Is that normal after the first few sessions? I mean my penis is not used to getting rekt like this and is recovering?

90 to 100 percent is good for jelqing. It seems like you have a pretty good idea on things. Keep doing what your doing and take the signs your penis gives you.

Yeah that’s normal, especially when you’re just starting. It will bounce back stronger and harder though.

Basically, greater intensity = more downtime.

Thanks and how hard do I pull with the stretches?? Like you REALLY hard just before you would feel pain or take it easy?? I really don’t know how much force lol but the instruction does it with two hands wtf

Pull until your penis is stretched and gradually increase tension. For now I wouldn’t try anything to excessive. Keep it comfortable.

Thanks Andy but I’m kinda lost here, people now say I shouldn’t jelq erect but I Can’t jelq without an erection. I just can’t. How did you do the jelqing in the early days?

You can do both. High erection level jelqs increases the pressure on your penis. So over training and injury would be things to consider.

In my opinion, if you keep it comfortable you will be ok. Just pay attention.

I’m the opposite I struggle to get an erect ion during jelqing so I’m always at about 70%


Jan 19 = 6.75 BPEL x 5.5 EG

Oct 20 = 7.6 BPEL x 5.5 ish

GOAL 8x 6
