Hi everyone, I was thinking about some questions this week and I didn’t find many things related to these questions. The first question is, is there any procedure that needs to be done on rest days? currently I don’t do anything related to PE when I’m off day, at most I do one or another hot compress for a few minutes if the weather is cooler, and the other question is related to the types of jelq, in this case, the dry and the wet, one would be more specific for circumference gain and another for length? because I am currently using dry jelq, which gives me a much better result in my opinion, after the jelq session my unit is very swollen due to the greater blood flow, even after a few hours flaccid it remains a little swollen, something that with the wet jelq, besides not achieving this effect, it is not very practical for my routine. being that, I’m prioritizing the length gain at the moment.

Rest means exactly that;rest.

Now as to which jelqs are better? If the jelqs you’re doing seem to work for you then stay with them.
